Tom Renfro
Founder

Tom earned his associate’s degree from Oklahoma State University in Electrical Technology. After graduation he worked for Texas Instruments and Collier Electric, where he was a project foreman for the Tulsa Civic Center, among other projects. Tom started Renfro Electric in 1976. Under his leadership the business grew to a multimillion dollar company. Tom passed away in August of 2014. His work ethic, strong leadership, and high standard of craftsmanship remain central to Renfro Electric's values. 

Steven Hill
President

Steven has a degree in Engineering Physics from Northeastern State University.  After graduation, Steven worked for Green Anderson Engineers for seven years. During that time he passed his Basic Engineering Exam.  In 2002 Steven joined Renfro Electric as a project manager. Since that time he has worked for the company as an engineer and estimator and has been involved in high tech troubleshooting for industrial automation systems. In 2014 Steven became President of Renfro Electric upon Tom Renfro's passing.

Kyle Adair
Operations Manager

Kyle graduated from Hilldale High School and Indian Capitol Vo-Tech in 2006. After school he worked for Rockey Electric where he earned his Oklahoma Electrical Journeyman's license in 2011. In 2015 he joined Renfro as a Foreman and began leading some of the company's largest projects at the time. In 2018 he became an Estimator and Project Manager and continues to oversee major industrial electrical projects.

Geoff Huddleston
Estimator

Geoff graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2007 with a business management degree. In 2012 he became an apprentice electrician and went on to attend IEC Oklahoma in 2016, where he placed 5th in the National Apprentice Program. Later that year he earned his Journeyman's license. He joined Renfro as a Journeyman in 2017 and became an Estimator and Project Manager in 2019, bidding and leading some of the company's most significant commercial and industrial new construction projects.

Josh Hood
Project Manager

Josh graduated from Hilldale High School in 2010. In 2011 he joined the U.S. Navy as an electrician's mate. While in the Navy he completed Navy C School and NAMTS electrical repair certification. After eight years he left the service and joined Renfro Electric shortly after. In early 2021, Josh passed his Oklahoma Electrical Journeyman's licensing exam. Later that year he was promoted to project manager.

Tammy Genn
Office Manager

Tammy has been with Renfro Electric since 1993.  She obtained her associate’s degree in accounting in 1993 from Connors State College. In her role as Office Manager she is responsible for all bookkeeping activities including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll.  She is experienced with Certified Payroll Reporting.  She also keeps and maintains all job costing records.

Jerry Renfro
Safety Director

Jerry joined Renfro Electric in 1995 as an apprentice after spending 25 years in the grocery business as a store manager.  He has since obtained his Journeyman’s license and spent nearly thirty years supervising all residential and service work. Jerry has experience with home automation systems and has been involved in some of the largest residential construction projects in Muskogee County in recent years. In 2015 he took on the role of Safety Director and has spent the time since leading personnel in mandatory company-wide OSHA safety training.

Joseph Bryson
Shop Manager

Joseph graduated from Muskogee High School in 1979 and went on to attend Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology where he earned his associate's degrees in diesel mechanics and commercial art. After completing his education he worked an extensive career in the mechanics and offshore oil drilling industries. In 2011 he joined Renfro Electric as an apprentice electrician. After five years with the company he became the Shop Manager, where he now oversees maintenance of the company's fleet of vehicles, tools, and equipment as well as in-house fabrication and welding projects.

Cameron Bryson
Project Manager

Cameron started his electrical career as an apprentice at W.W. Enterprises in 2001, where he earned his Oklahoma Electrical Journeyman’s license while working on hospitals, casinos, and military projects. He then went to work at JRS in 2008, where he earned his Oklahoma Unlimited Contractor’s License, while learning low voltage systems and working on casino and school projects. In 2011, he joined Renfro as a foreman, then moved into the office and began Project Management and Estimating. In 2018, he went to work for Pace Systems, Inc, in Chicago, Il. as lead estimator. He returned to Renfro in 2022 as a Project Manager on several hospital and school projects.

Katie Hill
Marketing Director

Katie graduated from Fort Gibson High School in 2022. In 2023 she began taking over major marketing tasks for Renfro, including a total web redesign. She is currently attending the University of Arkansas for a bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture and Design.
