Sequoyah County Water Treatment Plant

Renfro accepted the contract to begin construction of the new water treatment facility for Sequoyah County, Oklahoma in December of 2017. The project includes installation of two full Kohler generator systems and automatic transfer switches, dozens of low-voltage control circuits in several programmable logic controller panels, 480v three-phase power circuits for all motors and pumps throughout the facility, thousands of feet of both underground and above ground conduit runs, a full suite of sensors and meters to test water quality before, during, and after filtration, and power to radio telemetry systems across the facility. The complete contract for electrical work totaled over $1 million.
